BCA annual general meeting 2024
The 2024 Broadbottom Community Association AGM was held on Monday 10 June at 7pm.
What’s happening in your village
We reviewed village activities, association finances, local issues and upcoming events… and elected trustees for the coming year. See the presentation slides.
Guest speakers
We were delighted to welcome Lesley and Phil from the BCPG (Broadbottom Community Pub Group) who gave an update on their plans for The Harewood Pub. See their dedicated page on our website.
Volunteers
We welcomed new committee members but don’t wait for the next AGM to come forward; we appreciate all volunteers at any time, as committee members or casual event volunteers. The wonderful Joan Abrams is leaving the village so we need someone to coordinate our gardening team, to occasionally organise a quick tidy of the community centre gardens.
Annual membership donations
The BCA relies on your generous donations. We suggest £5 per household (more if you can). Thanks to those who donated at the AGM, you can donate at any other event or online at broadbottomvillage.co.uk/donation
